Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: All orders placed by 12 pm (noon) Pacific Standard Time will be processed and ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will ship the following day. Our standard shipping is Priority Mail through USPS. While it is not guaranteed, your package should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Q: What if I want to return a SaniManiPedi product?
A: We stand behind our products 100%! If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a full refund less shipping. We ask that you do so within 14 days of receipt. Simply send us the product and a copy of the original invoice. Q: Is SaniManiPedi’s packaging recyclable?
A: Yes, 100% of SaniManiPedi’s secondary packaging is recyclable. In addition, the SaniManiPedi liquid is biodegradable and comes in tiny 5 mL single use environmentally friendly containers. These containers are 75% paper that is sourced from a certified Sustainable Forestry Initiative. They use approximately 93% less plastic than similar sized bottles and tubes, and on average require 92% less landfill space. All ink is water-soluble which eliminates harmful pollutants caused by traditional inks. We care about preserving the environment. Being socially responsible is part of SaniManiPedi’s culture.

Q: Does SaniManiPedi test on animals?
A: SaniManiPedi does not test products on animals, and does not have animal testing conducted on our behalf. We ensure the safety of our products by using all natural, gentle ingredients that have been used reliably for hundreds of years.

Q: Does the SaniManiPedi Liquid Solution protect me from all bacterias, funguses and viruses that can be found in a pedicure tub?
A: No, SaniManiPedi Liquid Solution is not a disinfectant. Disinfectants are substances such as bleach, chlorine, and hospital grade sanitizers that are EPA certified to kill 99.99% of all claimed microbes. These products are generally unsafe for direct contact with human skin. SaniManiPedi uses all natural ingredients that have been used safely for hundreds of years to clean and protect your skin and nails.

Q: Will my salon mind if I bring my own SaniManiPedi Liquid Solution to add into the pedicure tub?
A: The SaniManiPedi Liquid Solution is 100% biodegradable and safe for all pedicure footbaths.

Q: Is it really important to bring my own tools?
A: Cross-contamination from tools that are not properly sanitized can easily transmit bacterial, viral and fungal infections from one person to the next. Nail salons often reuse tools, such as disposable nail files and orange sticks, that cannot be properly sanitized. Bringing your own tools ensures safety and protection.

Q: I understand that SaniManiPedi donates 10% of its profits to charity. How do I request a donation or product for a fundraiser?
